Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Skyviewor Data handles personal information when you visit the website, create an account, purchase API access, or use the API.
1. Who controls your data
The data controller is the Skyviewor Data operating entity identified in your order confirmation or account documentation. Until the legal entity details are finalized, privacy questions can be sent to privacy@skyviewor.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account details such as name, email address, verification state and login metadata; Application and API key metadata such as key ID, status and entitlement dates; billing identifiers such as Paddle customer, transaction and subscription IDs; support messages; and technical data such as IP address, user agent, request timestamps, endpoint, response status and coarse usage counters.
We do not need to receive or store your full payment card number. Paddle processes payment details as the Merchant of Record under its own privacy terms.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, provision and secure API keys, deliver and measure the service, enforce rate and connection limits, process payments and renewals, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain audit logs, and comply with law.
4. Service providers
We may share relevant information with infrastructure, hosting, monitoring, email, payment and support providers acting on our instructions. Paddle receives billing information necessary to complete transactions and manage subscriptions. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention
We retain account and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal obligations. API usage logs are retained for a limited operational period and then deleted or aggregated according to our retention configuration.
6. International transfers
Because Skyviewor Data serves international customers and uses global infrastructure, information may be processed in countries other than your own. We use contractual, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the applicable data-protection requirements.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export or restrict use of your information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us using the address above; we may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Security
We use access controls, secret management, encryption and audit practices appropriate to the service. You are responsible for protecting API keys and should never place them in browser code, public repositories or client-side logs.
9. Children and changes
The service is intended for developers and businesses, not children. We may update this policy when our processing changes or legal requirements develop. The updated version will be posted here with a new date.
